Smart Contract Automation

Smart Account Functionality with ERC-4337

JPYT Wallet is built on ERC-4337, a blockchain standard that enables smart accounts rather than the typical public-private key accounts.

This Account Abstraction feature gives JPYT Wallet its flexibility and programmable functionality, allowing it to act like a smart account.

Smart Contract Automation: ERC-4337 allows JPYT Wallet to use smart contract features.

These smart accounts can handle automated tasks, like paying transaction fees or managing permissions, without requiring user intervention for every detail.

Enhanced Control and Security: The smart account structure supports custom security features, such as setting daily spending limits, restricting access to specific addresses, or triggering multi-signature requirements. These measures ensure that the wallet is secure and only performs authorized actions.

With ERC-4337, JPYT Wallet provides users with an automated, highly secure experience, making blockchain transactions smoother and safer.

Using JPYT as the Gas Token

One of the unique aspects of JPYT Wallet is its use of JPYT as the gas token.

Traditional crypto wallets often require users to manage multiple tokens, one for transactions and another for fees, but JPYT Wallet simplifies this by letting users pay gas fees directly with JPYT.

Since JPYT is used as the main gas token, users don’t need to hold separate tokens for transaction fees.

This unified system makes it much easier to manage balances and transact, as everything is paid in JPYT.

When a user sends JPYT to another user, the fee will be paid by the Paymaster Smart Contract. There’s no need to calculate fees in another currency or worry about keeping extra funds for gas, as the wallet takes care of it in a single, streamlined process.

By using JPYT as the native gas token, JPYT Wallet provides an intuitive, cost-effective experience that removes the complications associated with gas fees, making it accessible to users of all levels.

Passkey Integration: Simplifying Security with Device-Based Access

JPYT Wallet stands out by integrating Passkey technology, which allows users to use their device’s built-in authentication (such as Face ID, fingerprint, or a device PIN) as their wallet’s security key.

This eliminates the need for remembering complex private keys or seed phrases.

In JPYT Wallet, users’ devices essentially act as their private keys. The wallet is set up to recognize biometric data or device passcodes, making access both secure and easy to manage. If the user’s device is secure, so is their wallet.

Passkey integration means users can open and use their wallet just by unlocking their device.

This is particularly valuable for non-technical users, as it removes the need to understand private key management entirely.

This Passkey-based security approach gives users peace of mind and a convenient experience, as they don’t need to worry about losing access due to lost or forgotten private keys.
