Terms of Service for JPYT Wallet

Effective Date: November 1st, 2024

By using JPYT Wallet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JPYT Wallet application and its related services (the “Service”) operated by the JPYT Wallet team.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Non-Custodial Wallet

JPYT Wallet is a non-custodial wallet, meaning that users retain full responsibility for securing their assets.

The JPYT Wallet team does not store, manage, or have access to users’ private keys, passkeys, or any wallet contents.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your passkey, which serves as the only access credential to your JPYT Wallet.

If you lose your passkey, you will lose access to your wallet and all associated assets.

Account and Passkey Security

By using JPYT Wallet, you agree to take full responsibility for the security of your passkey and any associated information required to access the Service.

You acknowledge and accept that if you lose your passkey, the JPYT Wallet team cannot recover or restore access to your wallet or assets. You agree to use secure methods to store your passkey and protect it from unauthorized access.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for understanding and complying with any laws, rules, and regulations that apply to your use of JPYT Wallet, including those governing digital assets and stablecoins in your jurisdiction.

JPYT Wallet and its team hold no responsibility for any legal violations or consequences arising from your use of the Service.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use JPYT Wallet to engage in any activities that are illegal, fraudulent, or abusive, including but not limited to:

• Money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes

• Engaging in any activity prohibited by local or international law

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any aspect of the Service

• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service’s operations

JPYT Wallet reserves the right to restrict access to the Service or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or any unlawful activity.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the JPYT Wallet team is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Loss or unauthorized access to passkeys or private keys

• Inability to access your wallet or assets due to lost passkeys

• Errors, interruptions, or delays in the Service

• Security breaches, theft, or unauthorized third-party access to your wallet

JPYT Wallet disclaims any liability for losses or damages arising from illegal activities conducted by users or any misuse of the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

JPYT Wallet is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.

This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

JPYT Wallet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor does it make any warranty regarding the security of user assets.

Fees and Gas Costs

Transactions on JPYT Wallet may incur fees in JPYT, used as gas for transactions.

Users are responsible for understanding and accepting all applicable fees associated with transactions conducted on the Service.

JPYT Wallet does not control or determine the costs of gas fees, which are subject to blockchain network conditions.

Modifications to the Service and Terms

The JPYT Wallet team reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. The team also reserves the right to amend these Terms.

Any modifications to these Terms will be posted within the Service or on the official website, and continued use of JPYT Wallet following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

User Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By using JPYT Wallet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

You acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with using a non-custodial wallet and accept full responsibility for the security of your assets and passkey.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of JPYT Wallet will be resolved through binding arbitration in Vietnam, and you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
