Non-Custodial Nature and User Responsibility
JPYT Wallet operates as a non-custodial digital wallet. By using JPYT Wallet, users acknowledge that they alone bear responsibility for the security and management of their assets.
JPYT Wallet does not store, hold, or have access to users’ private keys, assets, or passkey information.
Users are solely responsible for securing their passkey, which serves as the sole access credential for their wallet and its contents. In the event that a user loses or compromises their passkey, JPYT Wallet and its team have no means of recovering or restoring access to the wallet or any associated assets.
Security and Passkey Management
The passkey associated with JPYT Wallet is the only way to access the wallet and its contents.
Users must take all necessary precautions to keep their passkey secure and confidential.
If the passkey is lost or compromised, JPYT Wallet cannot recover, restore, or provide access to the wallet or its assets.
Users are encouraged to employ best practices for digital security, including safe storage of passkeys, to mitigate the risk of loss.
Limitation of Liability
By using JPYT Wallet, users engage with the wallet voluntarily and agree to do so at their own risk.
JPYT Wallet and its team are not liable for any losses, mismanagement of assets, security breaches, or financial impacts that may result from the use of the wallet.
Furthermore, JPYT Wallet disclaims any and all liability arising from the use of its services, including any involvement in or liability for unauthorized, illegal, or illicit activities conducted by users.
This includes, but is not limited to, activities such as money laundering, fraud, and other prohibited transactions.
